Consultations and Sessions
Once a session is scheduled, cancellation or rescheduling requests should be shared as early as possible through the form or WhatsApp button. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Digital / Spiritual Services
For completed consultations, readings, energy sessions or reports, refunds may not be available because the service has already been delivered. If there is a scheduling or payment issue, contact us for review.
Crystal Orders
For crystal purchases, refund or replacement requests may be reviewed for damaged, incorrect or undelivered items. Customers may be asked to share order details and package photos.
Payment Gateway Issues
If payment is deducted but order confirmation is not received, contact us with payment reference details so the issue can be checked.
